NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — All westbound lanes of Interstate 24 are closed due to an injury crash.
Multiple units are responding to an injury crash at mile marker 54, according to Metro Dispatch. A diversion route has been set up at mile marker 56 at the Harding Place exit.
