COLLEGE GROVE — With six birdies in his last seven holes, Tyrrell Hatton is at the top of the leaderboard at 13 under following the second day of LIV Golf’s Nashville event at The Grove.

Hatton had entered the day in second place with at 6 under after Round 1 on Friday.

Because of the fast-paced shotgun start that the LIV Golf tournaments have adopted, Hatton started his day at No. 1, alongside Abraham Ancer and John Catlin.

Ancer was first after Round 1, but fell to an eight-way tie for 27th place after shooting 4 over. Catlin is in second place at 10 under after a 5 under on Saturday.

Hatton has yet to finish in the top three in any LIV Golf tournament, with his best performance a tie for fourth place at the LIV Golf Miami tournament during early April.

While the shotgun start will be at 12:05 p.m. on Sunday, Hatton and the leader group, consisting of Catlin and Bryson DeChambeau will tee off for the third and final round at 12:16 p.m. CT Sunday.
