Adventist Youth in Peru Practice Environmental Action

Australian Church sends mission team to Laos
The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Australia sent three volunteer teams from Service To Others Really Matters (STORMCo) into Laos. The second mission trip of its kind, the first team offered English language classes for high school and university age participants, the second team hosted VBS for children from Kindergarten to 5th Grade, and the third team conducted a STORMCo program for teachers training and classroom assistance. Indonesian Adventists launch “Back to the Altar” initiative
More than 1,400 Seventh-day Adventist ministers across the Southern Asia-Pacific Division (SSD) gathered in Baiyoke Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand, August 11-14, representing delegates from the Adventist churches of Southeastern Asia (Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam), Singapore, and Myanmar. The convention’s theme was “Chosen for Mission”, drawing on the initiative’s aim to refocus on biblical foundations, doctrinal truth, and devotion. Calhoun Seventh-day Adventist Church hosts Health Seminar
Former chief of staff at AdventHealth Gordon and family physician Dr. Chris Yamamoto is set to host a health seminar on August 12th, at 6:30 p.m at the Calhoun Seventh-day Adventist Church.
